ABOUT ME
I’m a designer who believes that design should do more than just look pretty—it should spark joy, inspire change, and maybe even make someone’s day a little bit better. I like to think of design as a way to tell stories, solve problems, and connect people, all while making sure it looks effortless (even though it’s not).
From branding to UX/UI, I thrive when I’m part of a team that believes in creating something meaningful. MY EXPERIENCE
With over 10 years in graphic design, I’ve dipped my toes into everything from print media to digital spaces, brand identities to UX/UI design. But what really excites me? Projects where I can blend creativity with functionality—so the design doesn’t just look good, it actually works for people.
I’ve had the pleasure of leading cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces and cohesive branding strategies, all while making sure everyone’s voice is heard (because let’s face it, the best ideas often come from unexpected places). Whether it’s a startup or a more seasoned organization, I’m all about collaboration and making sure the final product feels as good as it looks.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I truly believe that great design has the power to change the world (or at least make it a little less confusing). For me, it’s not about flashy trends or complicated solutions; it’s about making work that’s both beautiful and functional. I value creativity, authenticity, and collaboration, but I also think it’s important to have fun while we’re at it. After all, the best design comes from a place of passion and joy.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
I’m a lifelong learner with a focus on both creative and functional design. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with an AAS in Visual Communications from Ivy Tech in 2013, after earning a BA in Fine Art from Lindsey Wilson College in 2001. My design journey continued with a UX Design Bootcamp from Udacity, completed in 2021, and certifications in Design Thinking and Associate in Project Management, which helped me refine my ability to create user-centered solutions.
Looking forward, my interests lie in Branding, UX Design, Creative Direction and working with Agile/Scrum teams.
